Heat transfer is the method of placing a pre-printed image onto a shirt through pressure and extreme heat. Think of it like the iron on sheets you can buy at your local store and apply by yourself at home with a domestic iron. However, these are applied using industrial eqpuipment and will not easily get destroyed in the wash.
